INTRODUCTION


This booklet is designed to help you in Bible study times and see the hidden things that are in scripture. The way to look at this is to be always on the look out for where Jesus is in the scriptures. The symbols do not always seem to work out in every situation but that has not been revealed as yet for our God is and will always be 100% consistent. The prophetic side of what you are about to read is remarkable. In that it applies to us today as well as it did then. So enjoy the time spent discovering the hidden things of God.

Golden Lamp-stand- seven churches

Water- The word and it’s cleansing power

Light -The word, illumination

Lamp -The word as a daily companion

Mirror -The word showing what man is

Milk- The word for young believers

Strong Meat -Deep things of God for mature believers
Hammer- Power of the word to break the sinners heart

Fire -Testing and trials

Dew -Reviving and refreshing of the Spirit

Rain- Abundant blessing, causing fruit
Leaven -Silent diffusion of evil
Leprosy- Sin in the nature
Anchor- The Christian’s hope, security
Seal -Authority
Shield- Defence, shelter
Sword- Warfare, the word as given by the Spirit
Girdle- Preparation, readiness, service -, service
Purple -Royalty
Black sackcloth -Mourning
White Robe- Righteousness
Many colours- True Firstborn
Fig tree- Israel
Oil- Fatness, Spirit of God, Abundance
